One Broker Group Reveals Its New ‘Fab Four’

Four graduates are settling into working life for the One Broker Group, after securing places for the firm in offices around the region.

Taking posts within the company’s Broking and Marketing teams, the graduates have brought with them a range of skills and experiences, as well as qualifications in various degrees including Politics and English.

Henry Plaster, one of the graduates, said: “After finishing a degree in Politics, I moved back to Norfolk and started here at KTIB as an intern.

“Since then I have begun training as a Broking Technician and have been offered a wealth of new opportunities.”

Sam, Broking Technician at the Cambridge office, added: “I never thought I would end up working in insurance but it has turned out to be a really interesting and challenging place to kick start my career.”

Group HR Manager of the One Broker Group, Samantha Read, said: “Here in the One Broker Group, we see the value of investing in young people.
