Sorting Office Site Secures New Tenant

Suffolk’s Penn Commercial has confirmed that a landmark building in Ipswich has been let to new tenants.

The former Royal Mail sorting office is owned by the Eskmuir Group, a London based property company who own properties on Foxtail Road and Bluestem Road at Ransomes Europark.

The new tenants of this significant building are a branch of the Japanese agricultural machinery manufacturer, Iseki.

Robin Cousins of Penn Commercial, said: “Ransomes Europark is one of our biggest and most successful business and industrial parks.

“It features a wide range of different businesses, from car dealerships and health club to manufacturing and warehouse/distribution centres. This latest tenant fits in well with the existing occupation of the estate.”
